For smaller private gatherings or corporate drop-off lunches, we kindly request a minimum notice of [48 to 72 hours]. Dates fill up quickly during peak holiday and wedding seasons, so early booking is always encouraged!

Yes. For full-service events, we require a minimum of [50] guests or a minimum spend of [RM 1,500]. For casual drop-off catering and bento boxes, our minimum order is [15] pax.

We offer both options. For a seamless experience, you can book our full-service package, which includes professional waitstaff, buffet attendants, and on-site chefs. If you just need the food, we offer convenient drop-off delivery where we set up the spread in disposable or returnable containers and leave you to enjoy.

For our full-service catering, standard chafing dishes and serving utensils are always included. We offer high-quality disposable plates and cutlery by default. Premium ceramic dinnerware, glassware, and table linens can be added to your package for an additional rental fee.

Our team typically arrives [1.5 to 2 hours] before your guest arrival time to ensure the food stations are perfectly arranged. Breakdown usually takes about [1 hour] after the food service concludes.

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than [30 days] prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus the initial non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within [14 days] of the event are subject to a charge of [50%] of the total invoice, as ingredients will have already been ordered.
